You can reject the vaccine because you do not know it or do not believe in it, but still, you must make a small sacrifice for the welfare of all . If you want to be a leader, you need to be an example, and that example is based on doing what is good for the common good. All this could have been avoided, but at this point to know how everything will end. What I would like is that Novak was vaccinated,” said Navratilova to Marca.

Martina Navratilova stated that Novak Djokovic feels he is indestructible, as he refuses to take the vaccine. However, she would not call him arrogant, but feels the Serbian is presumptuous.

She believes that people have died of the virus, despite being in good shape. Hence, Novak Djokovic should be aware of the pros and cons of the covid-19 vaccine.

“I think he feels indestructible, as he has an enviable athletic form, but there are people who died despite being in good shape. I wouldn’t say he’s arrogant, but he is somewhat presumptuous,” she added.

Speaking about her stance on the vaccine, Martina stated that she queued up to get the vaccine. She believes that she positive effects of the vaccine outweigh the negative side effects.
