In a recent turn of events, German professional Alexander Zverev has been caught in a bit of a pickle as his ex-girlfriend Brenda Patea has sued the tennis player over physical assault. These allegations have caught the attention of the tennis world and are slowly heating up as Zverev has denied the allegations.

This case started a few years back but the German court has finally considered the allegations placed by his former partner Patea and slammed a whopping penalty of €450,000. Zverev has previously denied the allegations and now his criminal defense team has also backed him up by refusing to pay the penalty. “Mr. Zverev rejects the accusation made against him.” the lawyers explained. Now on top of these allegations, his other ex-girlfriend has also made a comment agreeing to Patea’s allegations.

Olga Sharypova has also stated in favor of the Preta and accused Zverev of abusing her too.Now, the allegations have escalated as Brenda has blamed Zverev for allegedly pushing her to the wall and grabbing her neck. The Model claimed to have throat pain and difficulty in swallowing after this incident. She has also stated that she delayed her right to protest out of fear of the athlete and his defense team. These serious allegations have sent shockwaves in the tennis community prompting urgent statements from the German player.

World number 9, Alexander Zverev was recently fined with a huge amount of € 450,000 by the mother of his child. He now has to pay 5000 per day for the next 90 days. The sexual assault case which was filed in 2020 was brought to action now and Brenda Patea, the former partner of Zverev.

She has accused the German of assaulting her after an argument with proof of the hurt. However, Zverev’s defendants have released statements proving their client is innocent and false accusations were being made.

Previously, the German was accused by the Russian tennis player Olga Sharypova of assaulting her. She did not file any criminal charges against him but revealed to the world that Alexander had assaulted her back in 2019. In the current court case, Patea is not allowed to discuss anything with the former girlfriend of the tennis player.

The defense team of Zverev has clearly denied the accusations made against him. “The procedure is scandalous, there can be no question of a fair, constitutional procedure. Mr. Zverev will take every possible action against this,” read the statement released by the defense team of the German.
