Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian recently came together in a memorable and light-hearted gathering to reveal the gender of their second child. Friends and relatives were waiting for the cake’s filling to reveal whether the couple was expecting a boy or a girl.

An air of excitement enveloped the room as Serena sliced into the cake. To everyone’s amazement, the cake had a yellow filling rather than the typical pink or blue. In response to the entertaining prank prepared by her husband, the tennis legend fell into fits of laughter and jokingly threatened to smush the cake on his face.

Venus had been anticipating the cake-cutting moment with bated breath, expecting to learn whether she would be an aunt to a niece or a nephew. Alexis Ohanian made sure the gender reveal celebration for their upcoming child was nothing short of spectacular. As family and friends waited in anticipation, Ohanian took command of putting on a stunning show that left everyone speechless.

Ohanian encouraged the guests to look up at the sky after requesting that the DJ build the mood with music. A stunning fleet of drones soon filled the night, forming the word “Girl!” in a fascinating light show. The attendees greeted the display with deafening cheers and clapping. The Williams-Ohanian family of three, soon to be four, hugged each other, shouting and hugging in celebration of the impending arrival.

As they enjoyed this precious moment with their loved ones, their joy was palpable. The usage of the brilliant drone light display added a sense of enchantment and wonder to the happy event.

Serena proudly wore a pink and white skirt and blouse to show her support for “team pink.” The 23-time Major winner‘s energy and beautiful grin added to the event’s overall excitement.
