Serena Williams will go down in history as a legendary and exceptional tennis player, found herself getting appraised by Frances Tiafoe, an American tennis professional who puts her in the same column of ‘GOAT’ as Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and LeBron James.

After getting past Diego Schwartzman’s third-round challenge, wrapping the match with a score of 7-6(7), 6-4, 6-4 at the prestigious Louis Armstrong Stadium of the US Open. In a quick on-court post questionnaire, Tiafoe revealed his emotions for Williams quoting “She’s an absolute icon. When you say her name you say Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and Lebron James.”

Frances Tiafoe while illustrating the effect the 40-year-old tennis icon has had on him, he talked about her in the most acclaiming manner possible whilst depicting every achievement she’s claimed on her journey saying “I mean what she did for the game is unbelievable, what she did for me is unbelievable and so many others. She’s an absolute icon.”

Unequivocally a fanboy of Serena Williams, Tiafoe continued to express his feelings for her by regarding her as the GOAT equivalent to the world-renowned NBA legend Michael Jordan, the greatest golf professional in history Tiger Woods, and another acclaimed NBA giant LeBron James.

“She’s the biggest inspiration honestly. She’s not one of the best female athletes, she’s one of the best athletes of all time and I love her with everything. I hope that’s not the last time we see her playing the game of tennis but there would be no Frances Tiafoe without Serena Williams,” concluded the 24-year-old American dipped in an awe of the retiring legend.

Serena regrettably witnessed her last professional tennis matches earlier yesterday when she was ousted by Anett Kontaveit in the third-round of the US Open, later which emotional moments were gathered around the world seeing the icon depart as announced by the star earlier, she now plans to retire and looks forward to being a ‘good mum’ to her daughter Olympia Ohanian.
