World No. 5, Andrey Rublev, yet again won the hearts of people and sports fans all over with his incredibly kind and sportsmanlike gesture in his quarter-final clash against Canadian Arthur Fils at the Hong Kong Open.

The Russian urged the 2023 NextGen ATP Finalist runner-up to appeal for a challenge on one of his first serves that was called a fault by the umpire. The World No.5 had his doubts over such a close call and nudged the Canadian to take a challenge.

As it was checked by the technology, the ball was minutely in and the umpire offered a first serve to the teen. This move by Andrey Rublev was very much appreciated by fans and the crowd who had come to witness the match. They cheered for his honesty and sportsmanlike conduct.
