Former American tennis star Andy Roddick has been a huge fan of Novak Djokovic for a long time and hardly fails to hide his liking for the Serbian. Roddick has always regarded Nole as the greatest tennis player to grace the sport, rating him ahead of his counterparts, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal

It's actually hard to make a statistical argument against Novak having the best resume at this point. And the conversation eventually when someone's countering that come into like stylistically, and I like this person. and this person carries themselves a certain way, but I tend to lean into the numbers a little bit more.

With this Roddick put more emphasis on the numbers of Novak rating him as the GOAT yet again.

A look at the head-to-head between Djokovic and Roddick:

It’s always a great sight to watch one of the best in the business go up against one of the rising prospects. Such was the case when Roddick faced Djokovic for the very first time.

Nole was just 20 years old, and they met at the quarterfinals of the Canadian Masters, to everyone’s shock, Djokovic actually pulled off a great 7-6, 6-4 victory over the former US Open champion.

Their first Grand Slam meeting came next year at the US Open quarterfinals, and yet again, Djokovic had the last laugh in the four-set thriller. The duo faced each other a total of nine times, with Roddick winning on five occasions and Djokovic winning in four meetings.

Their last matchup came at the 2012 London Olympics, which Nole won quite comfortably on his favorite grass court in Great Britain.
