The Serb secured his win, beating Rublev with a score of 5-7, 7-6, 7-5. At the Vienna Open as well, the26-year-oldr’s hopes of playing in the final round were crushed when Jannik Sinner beat him in straight sets. Rublev narrowly lost the final round at the Shanghai Masters to Polish ace Hubert Hurkacz.
