The biggest tennis event of the Southern Hemisphere, the Australian Open, is all set to begin on Sunday, 14th January. It will continue for 15 days until Sunday 28th January. The time for the first set of games each day will start from 0:00 GMT and the games at night will begin from 8:00 UK time. The venue for this mega event will be Melbourne Park in Victoria, Australia. It is one of the biggest tennis venues in the world.
The tickets for the Australian Open will be available on the official website of the Australian Open. As we know Melbourne Park has three major arenas- the Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, and the John Cain Arena. The price of the tickets in the Rod Laver Arena and the Margaret Court Arena will start from 69 Australian Dollars while John Cain Arena prices will be 49 Australian Dollars.
The tickets for the matches of the opening week have already been released for sale. The Australian Open is one of the most sought-after sporting events in the entire world. A large population looks to get a chance to watch this event live. Thus, one can expect heavy traffic on these websites.
