American youngster Darwin Blanch has received a wildcard entry into the 2024 Miami Open and will be taking part in the main draw. Blanch is just 16 years old, which makes it a really good opportunity for the youngster to learn from the very best players in the world. However, his young age is not the sole reason why he is under the spotlight in the tennis community right now.
The American has been a longtime training partner of Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz. Today, he also had a practice session with Holger Rune and posted a photo of the two of them together on his Instagram story. The picture started being circulated on social media and fans spotted a very weird thing about the youngster.
Apparently, Blanch looks extremely identical to another American tennis player, Ben Shelton, and it has already been agreed upon by hundreds of fans on social media.
