Carlos Alcaraz and Felix Auger Aliassime light up the streets of Barcelona by flaunting their footie skills
Felix Auger Aliassime the Canadian professional tennis player was seen with Carlos Alcaraz the Spanish who recently lost at the Monte Carlo Masters to Sebastian Korda having a little mini-tennis match in Barcelona. The young players showed their mini tennis and footie skills on Monday before their Barcelona Open.
Carlos Alcaraz is going to face Kwon Soon-woo in the Barcelona Open in the round of 32. Alcaraz won his biggest ATP Tour title The Miami open at the start of this month. He won against sixth seed Casper Ruud, 7-5, 6-4 in the finals and won his first ATP 1000 title and his third tour-level crown just at the young age of 18.
Felix Auger Aliassime is seeded third in the tournament and hence has received a first-round bye. He will now face Spaniard Carlos Taberner in the second round who stunned Sebastian Korda in the opener.

Outside the renowned Casa Mila made by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi, the two players were seen playing mini tennis. Antoni Gaudi was not afraid to push boundaries as a result he is one of the most celebrated architects today. the home favorite Carlos Alcaraz and the top10 star Felix Auger Aliassime were seen playing at La Pedrera.
In town for their Barcelona Open matches, the two young players played a bit of mini tennis and later showed their footie skills. After this, the two circled around for selfies and signed autographs for their fans.

Both the youngsters last met at the quarter-finals of the US Open 2021 in which Felix Auger Aliassime won by walkover. The score was 6-3,3-1. Carlos was not used to playing such long matches. The match continued for a while before Carlos retired. He said he had to take care of his body to stay healthy and he was not feeling good.
“It’s really tough to end a great tournament like this. I had no choice but to still play,” Alcaraz said after the match. “First of all, I have to take care of my body to stay healthy. It was a long match and I didn’t feel good to still play, so I had to retire.”
