The 22-time grand slam champion Rafael Nadal was left behind the prodigy Carlos Alcaraz in the Fanduel Wimbledon odds. It is unbelievable to imagine that one of the greatest players in the history of the game was ranked behind an upcoming and promising youngster in the odds of winning a grand slam.
Nadal has shown that despite being 36 years old he is still one of the best if not the best player on the tour. He has shown that he doesn’t need the odds to be favoring him before a tournament. His grit and determination are the things that make him fight against any of his opponents.
The Spaniard has made a comeback at the beginning of the year and hasn’t stopped impressing the world with his phenomenal performances. He has already all the two grand slams conducted this year and he couldn’t be ruled out of the upcoming Wimbledon as well. In the Odds declared by Fanduel, the Spanish Bull was ranked below his fellow countrymen Carlos Alcaraz, who has shown promising performances throughout the year.

Rafael Nadal much more experienced than Carlos Alcaraz
Rafael Nadal’s experience of playing in big arenas and tough matches which have a lot depending on them makes him a much better player when compared to young promising individuals like Carlos Alcaraz. It is true that he could defeat Nadal on some days but his legacy and preparedness in a match always tip the odds in his favor.
Carlos Alcaraz is a very promising player who has a great future ahead of him and he could prove the rankings right by winning the grand slam or even defeating the Nadal in a match. However, the Twitter world seemed to be very angry with Fanduel’s odds for ranking Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz ahead of Rafael Nadal.
