Christopher Nolan had created The Dark Knight series a few years back. The movie series became a cult classic among DC fans and left a deep impact on them.

Recently there have been rumors that Nolan is returning with Christian Bale as the lead actor as Batman to make the next installment of the famed series. Various fans all over the world, including the Norwegian tennis player Casper Ruud, came under the radar of this supposedly false clickbait.

Various fans believed the news to be true. In excitement, there have been a large number of retweets and comments on the X post. Ruud re-tweeted the post with the caption,

Is this true? I don't believe anything I read anymore but please be true.

However, as things turn out, there has been no official news either from the director or the actor about such installments.

The account from which the post was shared is a parody account. Due to excitement, Ruud ended up believing the post from the account. Batman has captured the hearts of various tennis players and so has the tennis for some of the Batman actors.

The famous actor Michael Keaton, who had played the role of Batman in the 1989 film, was seen in attendance in one of the Wimbledon matches between Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz. Keaton was present in the stands.

Casper Ruud’s 2023 season, not a good one to remember

Ruud didn’t rack up very impressive numbers in his 2023 season. The Norwegian just had 37 wins out of his 60 matches. These numbers were also because of a good clay-court season in which he made it to the finals of the French Open for the second consecutive season. He won one title in the 2023 season in Estoril Open.

Ruud was also part of the World Tennis League in Abu Dhabi. He was a part of the team Hawks in the tournament. Their team lost both their matches and finished last in the table.

The Norwegian will be starting the 2024 season with the United Cup where his team Norway is in Group F with Netherlands and Croatia.
