Mixing sports with style, Christopher Eubanks in a groundbreaking move is set to become J. Lindeberg‘s first-ever male tennis ambassador. Ranked at the 37th position in the world, he joined hands with the Sweden-based apparel brand.

It is extremely enticing to be one of the only faces of a particular brand.

Eubanks gained spotlight after his successful run at last year’s Wimbledon. His exceptional play as well as his notable appearance in the quarterfinals of the grass court Grand Slam highlighted him in the eyes of the brand.

Not many players get the chance to be the face of a brand in the beginning and I am really excited about that opportunity.

This is the first time J. Linderberg has ventured into men’s tennis. The brand has a unique voice which opens a wide avenue for the American who struggle with his fashion identity. Eubanks has some special demands in terms of clothes while he is playing on the court. It’s important for him that the shirts are breathable and absorb sweat.

I think JL has already done a fantastic job of meeting everything that I could want.

Finally a brand that fits Christopher Eubanks’ height

The brand has been taking Eubanks’ specification into account as well. Known for his tall stature of 6’7″, he expressed pleasure about finally having clothing that fit him completely. Eubanks would not need longer shorts and pants, something he has always struggled to find.

That’s one of the things that I’m most excited about, honestly.

The brand has been making apparels for golf and up till very recently for the female tennis players. Hans-Christian Meyer expressed his happiness over having Eubanks aboard on the brand’s ambassadorship.

I can’t think of a better ambassador to represent the spirit of our brand.

Signing a new sponsorship arrangement comes at a time when Eubanks continues to acquire business lessons for life outside of the tennis. He is already entrenched in a regimented lifestyle that allows him to handle the extra demands on his time that come with on-court success.
