Novak Djokovic, one of the greatest players in tennis, is also an icon all around the world for his fitness, even at the age of 36. He is often compared with other greats of different sports for his fitness levels, and everyone aims to be as fit as the 36-year-old. Recently, the Serbian shared a flexibility challenge on his social media, challenging the Braves to attempt this.

Djokovic was featured in an interview on 60 Minutes, where they shot a segment in his gym that featured the World No. 1 doing the flexibility challenge, which caught the eyes of many viewers who asked the Serb to enact it.

The challenge was quite a tricky one, as Djokovic perfectly showed how to do the pose. Standing on one leg with the other leg crossed over it, he touched the ground without bending his leg and then stretched the crossed leg in the air and held the posture for 5 seconds.

Young American Coco Gauff recently gave this challenge a shot. Surprisingly, the youngster completed the challenge even if it wasn’t as smooth as the Serb’s. While many others tried their hand at it and somewhat managed to finish it, the young American did it with ease.
