World No. 3 Coco Gauff is currently enjoying her little break from tennis action. The 20-year-old last featured at the 2024 Miami Open, where she reached the fourth round. Before that, at the 2024 Indian Wells Open, she managed to make the semis.

Following the conclusion of the event in Miami, the Golden Swing has officially commenced. The simultaneous events in Charleston (WTA-500) and Bogota (WTA-250) kicked off the clay season on the Tour. Gauff however, chose to skip both of them, despite the Charleston event being the only clay event in the USA.

With some extra time at her disposal, Gauff took a much-needed and well-deserved break. She took to her Instagram stories to share a small video of her enjoying a fun park. The 20-year-old was seen diving into a huge enclosure filled with balls as she collapsed into it with a wide smile.

Coco Gauff to feature next at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix

While the WTA Tour is currently breaking for the BJK Cup qualifiers, Gauff will not be turning up for national duty. Despite being the top-ranked singles player, she won’t be featured in this week’s match, where the USA takes on Belgium, with the match scheduled in Orlando.

Gauff will instead play in Stuttgart at the 2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. The tournament is already boasting of having nine of the top-10 players sign, making it a grand event. Following Stuttgart, Gauff will travel to Spain for the 2024 Madrid Open, the first WTA-1000 event on clay for the season.

From Spain, it will be a trip to Italy for the 2024 Italian Open in Rome. She might make a last-minute appearance in Strasbourg for the WTA-500 event, which is scheduled just a week before the 2024 French Open

However, the chances of it are very low given that the American is likely to play both singles and doubles in Paris. She finished runner-up in both disciplines in 2022 and will look to cross the final hurdle this year.
