Coco Gauff has been making the most of her time during this season break. She has been spending most of her time with her family. On the eve of Christmas, Gauff was seen cheering for the Miami Dolphins during an NFL game. The Dolphins were set for a match against the Dallas Cowboys, as Gauff found a unique way to celebrate her Christmas Eve.
She shared various insights of her time during the match in the Hard Rock stadium. Accompanied by her parents and siblings, Gauff was seen cheering for the Dolphins. The Miami-based team clinched an important win for themselves as they defeated the Cowboys 22-20 in a thriller of a game. With this win, the Dolphins sealed their spot in the playoffs for the second consecutive year.
Gauff was also earlier seen in Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park. Alongside the day offs, the American ace has been also preparing for her next season. She recently was seen practicing with a one-eyed black patch to improve hand-eye coordination. The World No.3 is not messing with her practice in any way, even if it’s a break.
What’s in the cards for Coco Gauff in the 2024 season?
The Hard Rock stadium will also be the host for the Miami Open. Thus, Gauff reached out to her fans in one of the Instagram videos and urged the fans to come and support her during the tournament.
In the video, she said,
Hey guys, it's Coco here and I'm here at Hard Rock not for a tennis match, but for the Miami Dolphins football game here, on Christmas Eve. And I hope to see you guys here in March for the Miami Open.
Gauff didn’t have a very good outing in Singles last time around in the Miami Open. She lost to Anastasia Potapova in the third round of the tournament. However, she paired up with Jessica Pegula to win the doubles title.

The 2023 season was a mixed one for Gauff. On one hand, she won the ASB Classic and her first major Grand Slam in the US Open beating Aryna Sabalenka in the finals.
Gauff also won the Cincinnati Masters, defeating Karolina Muchova in the finals. On the other hand, she was defeated in the first round of the Wimbledon and the fourth round of the Australian Open. With the 2024 season set to commence in January, all eyes will be on the young American to see how she performs.
