Young American talent Coco Gauff has been achieving a lot of success recently. From winning her first-ever Grand Slam to reaching world number 3, the 19-year-old is having a good rise in the tennis world. She now achieves another huge achievement: being named on the People’s 25 Most Intriguing List alongside other huge personalities.
The youngster made it into People’s magazine alongside other intriguing people like David Beckham, Beyonce, and the iconic Taylor Swift. Gauff expressed her disbelief over the Internet as she thanked the magazine for naming her.

While the youngster is noble about being intriguing, tennis fans and enthusiasts have seen her grow in the sport.
The American turned professional at the age of 14 and has not been able to make a great impact on the court. However, 2023 was her year, as she dominated the entire women’s league to become the youngest winner of the US Open since Serena Williams and even reached a career-high of World No. 3. Now she is one of the most promising youngsters that format has seen and is destined to go far in her career.
Coco Gauff ended the year as highest paid female athlete in the world
America’s young tennis prodigy started the year with some average tennis, but since Brad Gilbert’s magic hit the youngster, she has been nothing short of spectacular.
The 19-year-old broke multiple records by winning the US Open and on top of that, she had a decent run at the WTA Finals. Now, the US Open winner also became the highest-paid female athlete of the year.

She earned a whopping total of 22.7 million in the year, closely followed by Iga Swiatek with 21.9 million. These two are also joined by the likes of Aryna Sabalenka, Jessica Pegula, and former World No. 1 Naomi Osaka.
With a new season about to commence, players are preparing hard to start the year on a high tide. The youngster will be featured next in the ASB Classic in Auckland alongside other good players, including the returning youngster Emma Raducanu.
After a year of success, all eyes will be on the American and whether she can continue her previous season or not.
