Overall, it’s not easy here. Everyone is struggling. Everyone is trying to do their best. As I said, I’m not really happy with the conditions & the set up of the tournament.. About the court, I don’t really want to talk.Rybakina via WTA Press Conference
She further added:
But of course, it’s not good. For sure not for the final 8. Because everything was late & there was no time to fix anything. You can see by the rallies & the shanks we both hit. I think the quality of the match wasn’t the greatest. But as I said, I tried to do my best.
Elena Rybakina bashed the organizers for the incomplete stadium situation
One of the most shocking situations for the players participating in the WTA Finals 2023 was that the stadium where the event was scheduled to be held had not completed its construction until the very day of the commencement of the tournament.

As a result, the players could not practice in the stadium, which annoyed all the players. Elena Rybakina was one of the very first players to criticize the organizers.
Well, it's surprise me that we didn't get a chance yet to practice.
She later proceeded to practice the night before her match. Earlier, she also showed her displeasure regarding the situation of the incomplete stadium through her Instagram story.
