Emma Raducanu, the epitome of self-care, recently got real in an interview, where she revealed her skin-care routine and also emphasized the importance of self-care.
The 21-year-old from Britain returned on Tour after an injury-ridden 2023. After winning the US Open at the age of 18, she had the world at her feet.
Despite the sudden fandom, she couldn’t continue the same form in the next year and soon faced an ankle injury that kept her out for over eight months.
Going through a whole spectrum of emotions, the Brit has opened up many times before, and once again she enlightens the world with some tips and advice on self-care. Calling herself a lone wolf, Raducanu admitted to spending a lot of time alone to wind down and relax.
A big thing for me is spending time alone to wind down. I am a bit of a lone wolf and after an intense day, where I either push myself to the limits training or have many social interactions, I like to spend time alone reflecting and recharging. Being comfortable in my own company and in the silence that comes with it is something that helps me stay fresh.Said Raducanu in a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, a women’s fashion store.
Despite the increasing workload, Raducanu takes time off her day for herself. Whether it is getting up early and reading a book or taking care of her skin after a long day of practice, she makes sure to prioritize herself and show some self-love.
Though the Brit hasn’t delivered her best performance, she is constantly working on herself to return stronger.
Emma Raducanu admitted to putting in double the effort as he revealed her skin-care routine
Emma Raducanu, a young British pride, has been an inspiration for many after making a full recovery.
The 21-year-old made a return to tennis in Auckland after being sidelined for eight months. However, she still hasn’t made much of an impact on the Tour.
In four tournaments, the former US Open winner has not made it past the second round. Admitting to putting in double the effort, the Brit revealed that she would play double sessions and increase the duration of her training sessions.
At the moment I’m putting in long training days – double sessions – so by the time I’m back after the gym and my treatment it’s between 6 and 7 pm. So, I’ll have dinner, read again if I have any energy left, and pack my bags for the following day before getting an early night.
Revealed Raducanu in the interview.
Furthermore, the youngster also listed out her skin-care routine, which included certain products from Dior that kept her skin fresh and clean. Raducanu mentioned using Dior La Mousse for cleansing and Dior Le Baume for her lips and hands.
Other than the fact that Dior is a well-known brand, the Brit likes the packaging of the products, which makes them easy to carry around. After having skipped the Dubai Tennis Championships, she might make her presence felt at the next two WTA 1000 tournaments.
