British youngster Emma Raducanu readies up for the upcoming Australian Open as she bids adieu to London and leaves for the Australian leg. The former World No. 1 shares a photo dump before she makes a comeback on the Tour.

With the 2024 ASB Classic as the first WTA tournament of the season, the Brit departed for New Zealand to mark her comeback after facing injuries to her wrist and ankle. In the photo dump, the 21-year-old shares a few aesthetic pictures of her in the airport and also how she celebrated Christmas.

Raducanu will face off against the likes of defending champion Coco Gauff, Elina Svitolina, and Caroline Wozniacki. From April 2023, the 21-year-old was out for the remainder of the year due to a wrist and a knee injury. Ever since her US Open win, the 21-year-old has not been able to shock the world and will hope to do so in the upcoming year.

Before departing for New Zealand ahead of the ASB Classic, the British star Emma Raducanu shoots a fun game of This Or That for a UK sporting company, Sports Direct. 

In the video, she chooses between the two options she was given. While doing the stationary bicycle and half-rallying, Raducanu answered a few questions. She was asked to choose between Father Christmas and Santa, and she chose Santa as her first answer.

The game went on for six questions, and the Brit did not fail to answer rapidly. She also chose the movie Home Alone over Love Again as her last question. This was one interview before she left for her Australian leg, and she hoped to gain some momentum before her first Grand Slam after a short break. 

Raducanu stepped onto the professional stage as one of the youngsters to watch out for, and she will only hope to maintain that reputation with the new season nearing. However, she would have to face the likes of other superstars and returning champions who are also eager to regain their lost place on the Tour.
