Emma Raducanu, the former US Open champion, posted a teaser of her latest edition of Emma’s World in collaboration with HSBC. She also shared the video on her Instagram and tagged professional golf player Lily Muni He with the caption, “How did I do?” The video is the fifth in the series “Emma’s World,” released by HSBC. The videos started around the time Raducanu became their brand ambassador in 2022.
It shows Emma Raducanu playing mini-golf. The British player has always expressed her love and enthusiasm for golf through interviews and social media. In the video, she shares how her father would always take her to golf lessons. She also admitted that golf wasn’t really her expertise, as she didn’t spend too much time practising it. She is seen jokingly saying, “I didn’t spend too long on it, so please don’t judge me.”
She also amusingly applied her tennis techniques to golf. She said, “I think that being a tennis player, the swing is actually quite similar in a way.” She actually managed to get the ball in on her second try. After the video was posted, Raducanu and Muni He had an entertaining exchange on Instagram. The British tennis player asked Muni He how she did, to which the golfer replied that she probably did better than she would have done in tennis.
The Chinese golfer also shared a humorous screenshot of a conversation she had with Raducanu. In the photo, she is seen holding a tennis racquet and talking about how playing tennis has made everything in her body hurt. She also joked that it is scientifically proven that one can’t be good at both tennis and golf.

Emma Raducanu’s comeback and injury update
The 20-year-old star has updated everyone on her much-anticipated return to tennis. In September 2021, Raducanu created history by becoming the first qualifier ever to win a Grand Slam. She also became the first British woman to covet the US Open title since Virginia Wade’s victory in 1968.
However, Raducanu’s career came to a halt due to multiple injuries. She had to undergo surgery for both her wrists and her ankle. This led her to withdraw herself from the 2023 tournaments at the French Open and Wimbledon.
She recently posted an Instagram story of her tennis kit with the caption “brushed the dust off this one today.” She also hinted at her presence at the US Open 2023 by sharing an image of a tennis ball inscribed with “US Open” on it and captioning the picture “progress pixxxx.”
