Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa are the most talked about tennis couple for a reason. The two players who have excelled in their respective categories have also joined hands to form a mixed doubles team and fortunately, it is working for the couple. Badosa and Tsitsipas pulled off an incredible win against Daniil Medvedev and Sofia Kenin at the ongoing World Tennis League. 

The couple showed good chemistry on the court as well. Both Badosa and Tsitsipas helped each other throughout the game and it was lauded by the fans on the internet. Even after the game, Tsitsipas’ praiseworthy words for Badosa won the hearts of fans who were in awe of the chemistry between the two.

Paula Badosa’s ‘divorce’ claim takes aback Stefanos Tsitsipas

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa did not just enjoy their chemistry on the court but it was a test of their relationship. As Badosa stated after the game, the Spaniard was looking forward to how they fare together on the court. While everything seemed alright, Badosa making a claim about divorce was shocking for Tsitsipas.

Reviewing their performance on the court, Badosa said that it was a test as she expects it to either get better and better from hereon or a divorce for Tsitsipas. 

I mean, I think this was the test. Like, either we get divorced or this goes better and better. So that was the test today.
Paula Badosa said during the on-court interview.

This was a shock for Tsitsipas who was quick to confirm what she intended to say. “You mean breakup, right?” Tsitsipas immediately queried and much to his relief, Badosa apologized for the slip of the tongue. Nonetheless, it was all smiles for the couple.
