American World No.19 Frances Tiafoe has reflected back on his best moments from 2022 in a recent video shared for the ATP Tour. The US Open Semi-finalist also considered his epic win over the Spanish legend Rafael Nadal in the US Open as his favorite match of the season. Tiafoe was also part of Team World which defeated Team Europe for the first time in the history of the Laver cup.

His doubles team with Jack Sock stopped Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in the last match of the Swiss maestro as well. As quoted by Tiafoe, “If I was to sum it up, I would say that it was a blessing. That run I had in the US Open, to then back it up with the Laver Cup. To do it in the States and to do it in London, in one of the most iconic arenas – it’s stuff you’re always going to remember. It’s stuff to tell the grand-kids one day

His win-loss record looks 35-24 this season. His other Grand Slam campaigns ended in the Round of 64 in both Roland Garros and Australian Open . He reached Round 4 in Wimbledon.
