Golf legend Tiger Woods makes a surprise visit to Rafael Nadal’s academy in Mallorca

Rafael Nadal, the 36-year-old is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time by millions around the world winning 22 Grand Slam titles throughout the course of his career which is the most of any player ever, only Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer are able to come close to Nadal’s heroics on the court.

It is no secret to fans that Nadal and Golf legend Tiger Woods share a special friendship between both of them, Nadal is also known to be an avid Golf lover as he is seen playing Gold multiple times in his free time, the Spaniard even participates in semi-professional golf tournaments every now and then.

Tiger Woods visits Rafael Nadal’s academy in Mallorca

Tiger Woods was seen visiting the Rafa Nadal’s academy in the Spaniard’s hometown, Mallorca. Photos surfaced on social media that showed the American golf legend vising Nadal’s academy in Manacor on Sunday, it is known that Woods is currently on vacation with his family in Spain.

What fans found interesting was that Woods was seen waiting in a line to enter the academy premises along with his son just like a normal tourist, Woods was also seen playing Golf with his son in Mallorca a few days and he also explored the state-of-the-art institution in the form of Nadal’s academy.

Fans also were hopeful to catch a glimpse of Woods and Nadal interacting with each other and play some Golf together but no such interaction has been reported as of yet, Nadal and Woods often talk about each other in interviews and both have admiration and respect for each other and truly share a special camaraderie.

Nadal often talks about how he misses seeing Tiger Woods play on the PGA Tour, he was also one of the people who showed support for the American when he was met with an accident last year as Woods had to go through surgery due to it, in the same way, Woods is also a huge Nadal fan as he is often seen watching his matches in stadiums. The American was present for Nadal’s match-up against Marin Cilic at the 2019 US Open.
