Nick Kyrgios‘ support for the Tate Brothers- Andrew Tate and Kristan Tate created a buzz on social media, especially after Andrew Tate, a famous TikToker influencer and former kickboxer faced wrath for their vague and misogynist and sexist remarks and hence has been banned from all social media platforms. Andrew Tate believes women belong in the home, can’t drive, and are a man’s property and even talked about hitting and choking women, trashing their belongings, and stopping them from going out.
Kyrgios, the 2022 Wimbledon runner-up has been criticized for his actions with some people feeling that the Aussie taking such a stance doesn’t shock or surprise them since he himself had a controversial past and has even faced legal action by his ex-girlfriend over physical abuse along with his anger management issues that have been quite a concern. He has been often criticized for losing his temper and was even called a ‘bully’ by Stefanos Tsistsipas during Wimbledon.
