Tiafoe has impressed with his performances for the majority of the North American swing, he reached the semi-finals of the Atalanta Open where he was eliminated by Jenson Brooksby, Tiafoe was eliminated from the quarter-finals of the Citi Open and he bowed out of the Canadian Open and the Cincinnati Masters events in the second round.

American professional, Frances Tiafoe has shocked the world as he has managed to reach the US Open semi-finals after defeating Andrey Rublev in the last 8 stages before that Tiafoe also bested Spaniard Rafael Nadal in the round of 16 fixture of the tournament as he keeps performing at a top level in the US Open.
The highlight of Tiafoe’s win against Rublev was the NBA team, Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal’s presence in the stadium as he cheered on long-time friend Frances Tiafoe, Beal wasn’t overly surprised as Tiafoe bested Andrey Rublev to book his place in the US Open semi-finals.
After both Beal and Tiafoe were pictured celebrating the win, Bradley Beal said, “I wouldn’t say [this is] unexpected Obviously, maybe because of the ranking, but like we told him yesterday as he was enjoying the moment. We were telling him, “Believe it. Believe you belong here. Believe you’ve worked so hard for this moment. I am super excited for him, to see how he’s grown. I met him when I got to D.C. He was a little kid coming up trying to make a name for himself and so was I, I can’t be more proud of him.”
After eliminating Andrey Rublev, Frances Tiafoe will face yet another tough fixture in the US Open semis as he will be going up against 19-year-old Spanish prodigy, Carlos Alcaraz.
