Recently the former world no. 1’s daughter has promised to support him in any way she can. She was rather shocked when she heard the prison sentence and called it ‘rather unfair’.
We find it hard to believe that the tennis star could have fallen to this length and we hope that the sentence is a learning moment for others around the world.

The 54-year-old Boris Becker, who created history by winning the Wimbledon tournament unseeded and at 17 was bankrupt due to an expensive divorce settlement, childcare expenses, and also to a style of lavish living.
The German tennis star had won 6 Grand Slams in his career and fans loved his style of playing as well as his charisma. The German was especially popular in the UK, where he has been staying since 2012. The fallen tennis star will have to serve at least half of the 30 months imprisonment time for the crimes he committed. Becker is receiving his daughter’s support which will no doubt make him feel happy that his family is on his side.
