One of the youngest Prime Ministers in the world, Finland’s Sanna Marin, is currently surrounded by a huge controversy after a video was allegedly leaked in which she could be seen partying with her friends. The video became viral and has received a lot of criticism and backlash from people worldwide, especially member of the opposition party.
It is being alleged that the 36-year-old Prime Minister had taken drugs. Amongst the two videos that are being circulated, the second one in which she could be seen partying in a private residence, has drawn a lot of eyeballs. Marin, however, has denied all kinds of drug intake allegations. “I have nothing to hide. I have never taken drugs,” she told the media a day ago.
Even last year, she was subject to a lot of criticism for going to a nightclub despite coming in contact with the country’s foreign minister, Pekka Haavisto, who had contracted Covid-19 days ago. “I have danced, sung, celebrated, done legal things,” Marin said at a recent press conference. “I have a family life, a work life, and also my free time, and I spend time with my friends.”

Needless to say, Marin has been under a lot of criticism over the last few days from politicians and celebrities all over the world. The opposition party even demanded her resignation for which Marin’s had to take a drug test to prove her innocence.
Recently, American Tennis legend Andy Roddick reacted to the subject through social media. He reacted to a video of Marin dancing and sarcastically said that he wishes for these kinds of political controversies, taking a jibe at the state of affairs surrounding American President Joe Biden in the USA. “I wish for these types of political controversies,” Roddick wrote.
Tennis fans too were quick to react to Roddick’s comments and hilariously mocked the US President for having complicated issues.
