Karolina Pliskova, the tennis star, has shown her support for Jakub Jankto, a Czech Republic international footballer. He recently revealed his sexual orientation as gay. The former world No.1 took to her Twitter and extended her support and respect to her fellow national player. She wished him all the best and mentioned love is for all genders.
The 27-year-old Getafe midfielder, currently on loan at Sparta Prague, Jakub Jankto, recently disclosed that he is gay. With his revelation, he becomes one of the most high-profile male footballers to publicly come out in recent years. Jankto joins the likes of Josh Cavallo of Adelaide United and Jake Daniels of Blackpool, who both announced their sexual orientation in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
