As the 2023 US Open Men’s Singles Final between Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev went underway at the Arthur Ashe Stadium on Sunday, not just normal tennis fans but celebrities also came to the stadium to enjoy the most thrilling contest of the tournament. Among many, famous American model Kylie Jenner and her new boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, with whom she confirmed her relationship, were present in the arena.

The couple was seen enjoying each and every rally with excitement as they moved as the ball moved back and forth on the court. The two were seen involved a lot in the game and in the video shared by the US Open on their social media, Timothee Chalamet was also seen amazed at one of the many unbelievable shots played by the two players. Laverne Cox was also seen sitting by their side.

Apart from Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, a handful of more celebrities were spotted in the stands of the Arthur Ashe Stadium. A few notable names include Leonardo DiCaprio, Jon Hamm, Justin Timberlake, James Marsden, Sting, and Matthew McConaughey. Leonardo DiCaprio was also seen mouthing “wow” at one of the rallies played during the first two sets.

Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev keep everyone hooked to their seats

As so many celebrities graced the US Open Final with their presence, the two players did not disappoint them as Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev kept everyone hooked to their seats. The two players had some incredible rallies which left the crowd mesmerized. The longest of them till the second set had 31 shots before Djokovic broke the point. 

Talking about the result in the first two sets, Djokovic won both of them. While the Serbian had no trouble taking the opening set, Djokovic had to sweat hard in the second set as it went into the tiebreaker. After losing the first set 3-6, Medvedev got his act together and fired some early winners to take a lead in the second set. 

But, as Djokovic is famous for, the then 23-time Grand Slam made a comeback real quick and forced a tiebreaker. Djokovic eventually won it 7-5 to take a 2-0 lead and reach closer to his 24th Grand Slam title. In the third set, the Serbian was even more aggressive as he took the lead early on. Although Medvedev fought for a bit and won three games, the Serbian finished it off to become the undisputed champion.
