Apart from the fact that she is the first Arab female player to achieve such a great feat in tennis, there are many reasons she is a crowd favorite. Though as a Tunisian woman, she has set a lot of records already. First Arab woman to reach a grand slam quarter-final at the 2020 Australian Open. First Arab player, male or female, to be ranked inside the world’s top 10. First Arab player, male or female, to win a Masters1000.

But the biggest reason of her popularity is her “Unorthodox Game”. Ons is known for her out-of-the-box thinking and making shots that people find inconceivable.
