“Magic potion!” Novak Djokovic trolls people who are speculating him for doping during Wimbledon

20-time grand slam champion Novak Djokovic has reached a record 32nd grand slam final after beating home favorite Cameron Norrie in the semifinals at Wimbledon in four sets 2-6,6-3,6-2,6-4 on centre court. Djokovic, who is a 3-time defending champion will be looking to win his 21st grand slam title on Sunday where he will face Nick Kyrgios in the final.
Djokovic missed the Australian Open earlier this year due to his vaccination status and then lost to Rafael Nadal in the quarterfinals of the French Open. As a result, Nadal won both the tournaments and now has 2 more majors than Djokovic who is once again playing the catching game.
The Serbian maestro is one of the best players in the world and despite that, he isn’t much popular among the fans. At Wimbledon earlier this week, Djokovic was seen breathing in the contents from his bottle rather than drinking them after gesturing his box for something. Fans speculated that he might be using something illegal to enhance his performance and the same question was asked to him in the press conference after he defeated Norrie.
Djokovic cheekily replied that he has been drinking a magic potion and refused to tell the contents. He was attempting to troll everyone who questioned his legitimacy. “Magic potion, that is all I can say. I can’t tell you know, but you will know soon,” he said.

Tennis Twitter was quick to react to Djokovic’s cheeky response and was in splits at his sense of humor. While some people still questioned the contents of his drink, many were happy to see him give a stern response to the ridiculous question.
