Marion Bartoli, a former World No. 7 and currently playing in the Invitational Doubles at Wimbledon 2022 as she was the singles champion in 2013, recently talked about her pick for the title this year and who will be the two ladies fighting in the finals to take the Venus Rosewater Dish home.

“Ons Jabeur is playing great tennis. She was my pick to win the Wimbledon title. I think Simona Halep has been extremely impressive, the way she won against Badosa was really quite something. Those two should be the ones going through to the final but in this year’s championship there have been so many upsets you never know,” said Bartoli speaking with Ubitennis.

Ons will take on Tatjana Maria in the semi-finals while Halep, the former World No. 1 and Wimbledon champion in 2019, will take on Elena Rybakina with both matches scheduled on Center Court on Day 11 of the Championships this year.
