Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler stunned World No.1 tennis player Carlos Alcaraz as the NBA player won a point against the defending US Open champion with a passing shot at the Louis Armstrong Stadium. As Butler featured in the Stars of the Open exhibition, a cornerstone event of US Open Fan Week, the NBA star tried his hand at tennis and challenged Alcaraz to a game.

In fact, Butler paired up with Frances Tiafoe against Alcaraz and his partner, Grammy-nominated singer Sebastián Yatra. Although the Miami Heat star could not win against the pair, Butler entertained the crowd with his passing shot which had Alcaraz in all sorts of trouble.

As Tiafoe and Alcaraz got together for a game of tennis, Butler surprised everyone by coming onto the court dressed up as a ball boy. The All-forward then lent Tiafoe’s racket and challenged the reigning Wimbledon champion for a game. Alcaraz agreed but kept his intensity at one-fourth. Meanwhile, Butler sensed a chance and sneaked in a point.
