Nick Kyrgios gets emotional recalling how his parents sacrificed to make him Pro and improve the family’s conditions
Nick Kyrgios gave an insight into the number of sacrifices his parents made to get him where he is today.

Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is among the most controversial players in the tennis industry. His career has always been filled with ups and downs, be it for on-court incidents or his loud-mouth nature off the field.
He is currently trying to get back to fitness after having undergone several surgeries, and he has recently been involved in many interview sessions with different moderators throughout the planet.

In the recent podcast released by British author Jay Shetty, Nick Kyrgios has been asked about several of his darkest moments in the past. Kyrgios also went emotional during the interview, trying to give an insight into the number of sacrifices his parents made to get him where he is today.
He talked about how chubby and overweight he was back during his childhood days and shared that he was dragged by his mother to the courts. Kyrgios agreed to the fact that he hated going to the tennis courts during that time, stating that he never wanted to be in the sport in the first place.
Well, I hated tennis when I was young. So, you know, I was very chubby, overweight as a kid. And my mom, she was like, okay, we've got to get you doing some sport or be active. So she dragged me down to the local tennis courts. And I remember I was crying all day, hated it. Didn't want to be there anyway.He said

Nick Kyrgios is among those tennis players who have always sparked an ignition in the hearts of several tennis fans whenever he steps foot on the court.
He began his career in 2013 and soon gained widespread recognition throughout the tennis world for his amazing gaming prowess. But the arrival of the Australian into the sport was not at all paved out easily for him.
I gave it a chance for like, a couple of weeks, couple of months. And the coach was like, 'Oh, he's picking it up pretty quickly'. And then that was, I guess that was a defining moment because ever since that coach said that it's like my father and my mom put everything into it.Kyrgios said

They sacrificed, you know, my dad and my mom had nothing growing up. And I guess they saw me as the person in the family to eventually try and make it and help them out and help the family out.He further added
Kyrgios shared the fact that he was never interested in the sport in the first place but wanted to give it a chance during the training days. But ever since his coach made him realize the amount of hope his parents have for him, Kyrgios’s perspective on the game changed completely.
He wanted to build a career out of tennis, trying to make his parents proud and live their dream once and for all.
