Nick Kyrgios and Logan Paul
Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios was put in a fix after his Pokemon Unite partner and WWE champion Logan Paul was criticized by a renowned gamer. As Paul recently posted about looking for partners to team up for the 2024 Pokémon UNITE Championship Series, a renowned player listed reasons why they would not join hands with the WWE star.
The user who goes by the name ‘inder’ said that while they stand to gain a lot from this potential collaboration, they would not make a compromise considering Paul’s history. The user claimed that the WWE champion had done “awful things”.
They then went on to claim that Logan Paul scammed and laundered from his own community in a crypto game investment. The user then declared that they won’t collaborate with Paul and Kyrgios.
I'm not going to name every awful thing he's done but the one that comes to memory is the money he scammed and laundered from his own community in a crypto rug pull/game investment. And im sure that isn't even the worst of it.The user posted on X.
This led to Nick Kyrgios replying to the user. The Australian tennis ace asked if they had been involved in a conversation with Paul.
Have you had one conversation with him?Nick Kyrgios asked.
What did the user reply to Nick Kyrgios?
As Nick Kyrgios questioned Inder for their claims about Logan Paul, the user questioned back. While they first refused to get involved in any conversation with Paul, they also asked Kyrgios if the Australian had looked into this matter.
just not my cup of tea to involve myself with people who knowingly stole millions of dollars from their own community. have you looked into any of it at all? (not including his biased commentary on it)The user replied to Nick Kyrgios.
It is worth mentioning that, in early 2023, YouTube investigator ‘Coffeezilla’ released a video branding Logan Paul’s cryptocurrency-based blockchain project, CryptoZoo, as his “most significant scam.”
While Paul pledged to refund investors $1.8 million from his own funds, it was reported that the WWE star has only paid back 10% of the money invested. Paul maintained the status quo on the matter citing his legal position while he received criticism from all corners.
Speaking of Kyrgios’ association with Paul, the two stars got together in February last year when the tennis player visited Paul on his talk show. The two have been playing Pokemon Unite since then.
