The 24-time Grand Slam title champion, Novak Djokovic, looks unstoppable, as he won a record-breaking 7th Paris Masters title, defeating Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov in the finals. This is also his 40th ATP 1000 Masters title, more than any other tennis player, including Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.

The Serbian legend is quite confident about his chances in the ATP Finals in Turin later this year. He further mentioned how confident he is right now with his form and then finishing this 2023 season with the ultimate No. 1 spot. Novak Djokovic stated:

I'm going there with good feelings, with a lot of confidence. I haven't lost a match since Wimbledon final, so I'm really excited to hopefully finish off the season on a high.

Talking about the ATP Finals and the crowd, the Serb mentioned:

I had the perfect score in Torino last year, five out of five matches. I like playing there. I think I connect well with the Italian crowd.

The 7-time Wimbledon champion is really confident going into the ATP Finals and is hoping to finish another year as the No. 1 ranked player in the world. A poor performance displayed by Carlos Alcaraz since the Asian leg of the Tour has only aided in this cause. If this happens, Novak Djokovic will finish the year at No. 1 for the eighth time in his career.

Novak Djokovic drops no hint of slowing down and aims to win more titles ahead

As per the 24-time Grand Slam title champion himself, he is unaware of what stage he is at regarding his career but also sheds light on how he still feels active after each major win in his career. Talking about his career, Novak Djokovic mentioned:

Because while I'm still active, I still want to win more and I still want to play at the highest level. Obviously Grand Slams and Masters events are the most valuable tournaments in our sport.
