Novak Djokovic has established a formidable name and earned a dominant position in the ATP Tour. The Serbian professional recently equaled Margaret Court’s 24 Grand Slam singles title record despite attaining the age of 36 years this season.

However, Nole’s fans were recently outraged after Google’s algorithm placed the Serbian star behind the doubles champion of the Australian Open, a hardcourt Slam where the former holds a record-extending 10 titles.

The Melbourne Slam has proved to be Djokovic’s most favored hunting ground. The Serb has delivered jaw-dropping results at the Australian hardcourts during his respective triumphant seasons, i.e. in 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023.

Nole achieved the feat of adding a record-extending 10th Melbourne Slam to his list of laurels this season. The World No. 1 locked horns with Stefanos Tsitsipas in the event’s summit clash and, without much resistance, overpowered the Greek in straight sets to claim the crown.

Owing to his outstanding results at the hardcourt event, it is natural to assume that the 36-year-old’s name would prevail in the search engine’s algorithm. However, that wasn’t the case after his fans found out that the Serb’s name followed after the doubles champions of the Australian Open, prompting them to take a potshot at Google on social media.
