With 21 Grand Slam titles to his name, Djokovic has rightfully earned his place among the all-time greats of tennis. With most of the big names eliminated from the first Grand Slam of the season, Novak is the frontrunner for the title.
Facing Enzo Couacaud in the second round of the Australian Open, the French professional is really giving Djokovic a run for his money. The Serbian can be seen struggling with an injury as he fights for a comeback against Couacaud. The Serb seems to be struggling with the hamstring injury that he picked up in Adelaide two weeks ago.
Toward the end of the second set, Novak Djokovic called for a medical timeout as his struggle with the hamstring injury continues. The Serb called for his physio when Enzo led the second set 5-4, Djokovic continued playing after the timeout as he was determined to make the comeback.

Back during the 2021 Australian Open, Novak Djokovic sustained an abdominal tear when facing Taylor Fritz in the third round of the tournament. Displaying sheer will and determination, the Serbian still went on to win the title despite being injured.
The world number 1 at the time, confirmed his injury situation after winning his 18th Grand Slam title and it seems like this time is going to be no different as Djokovic is the clear frontrunner for the Australian Open title.
Now, the Serb has once again put fear in his fan’s minds with a possible injury scare. The Serb has continued playing despite calling for a medical timeout and is giving it his all to make a comeback possible.
