Serbian tennis superstar Novak Djokovic was recently spotted off the coast of Croatia aboard his new luxury yacht – named Tara, just like his daughter. The 23-time major champion was seen enjoying on the yacht with his family, unwinding after an eventful tournament at Wimbledon. This year’s edition saw him relieving his stronghold at the Championships to new World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz.

Novak Djokovic’s fascination with yachts is not a recent development. In 2009, he purchased his first yacht, the Manhattan 90, for a whopping 2.5 million dollars. However, after a few years, he decided to sell it. Not long after, Djokovic acquired another yacht, the Diana, which was named after his mother. Produced by the prestigious Sunseeker brand, the Diana came with a price tag of 5 million dollars. However, like its predecessor, the Diana was eventually sold.

Djokovic’s recent acquisition, the Tara, further demonstrates his passion for yachts. This stunning vessel is surely a sight to behold. While the exact price of the Tara is yet to be disclosed, it is expected to surpass the 5-million-dollar mark of the Diana. Onboard the “Tara”, Djokovic and his family can unwind and create cherished memories against the backdrop of the picturesque Croatian coastline.

With his sights now set on the final major of the year, Djokovic is determined to bounce back and seek redemption on the biggest stage of all, the Arthur Ashe stadium. He hopes to face Carlos Alcaraz once again at the US Open, where he aims to reclaim his dominance.

To rest himself well for the final major of the year, Djokovic decided to skip the Canadian Open. He is set to be back to on-court action at the upcoming Cincinnati Masters.
