Ons Jabeur’s husband admits to ‘Crying like a baby’ upon the bitter defeat of his wife in the Wimbledon finals

Ons Jabeur‘s loss at the Wimbledon final against Marketa Vandrousova not only made the Tunisian breakdown into tears but also affected her husband badly as well. Ons’ husband, Karim Kamoun is a former fencer and is also her personal trainer and was present in the stands supporting his wife as always. Ons had looked really great in the tournament beating players like Petra Kvitova, Elena Rybakina, and Aryna Sabalenka but lost the eventual match by 6-4, 6-4.
Ons has suffered the second successive final loss at Wimbledon with her husband penning down an emotional message in her support. Karim recently posted that he “cried like a baby” following his wife’s loss at the final against Marketa. He wrote, “Yes this one was painful, Yes this one was really tough, Yes this one made me cry like a baby.”
He wrote, “Yes this one was painful, Yes this one was really tough, Yes this one made me cry like a baby.”
He further added, “It’s ok to show emotions, emotions are the fuel that will make you stronger, wiser and I’m pretty sure that we are on the right path, it’s coming you just need to believe and keep working hard. I’m very proud of you @onsjabeur. Dream big, Believe big,” Responding to this post, Ons showered love for her husband replying, “I love you, my love.”

Ons Jabeur is a player who is known for her aggression on the pitch and the ability to always bounce back from challenging situations. Her fans believe that she is strong enough to come back from the horrendous and shocking final defeat against Marketa which broke her down. With the US Open set to take place in just after a month, fans believe that her hunt for her first Grand Slam title will end.
She also promised to take the loss as a new lesson learned and go on a run yet again next year in her on-court speech after the Wimbledon final at the Centre Court. Ons’ husband is also prepared to work even harder along with her as a personal trainer, it is just a matter of time until we see a Grand Slam title being lifted by the Tunisian superstar.
