The 22-time Grand Slam champion, Rafael Nadal has been missing in action since the 2023 Australian Open. The Spanish legend sat out of the entire season due to injury concerns and is prepared to come back and play his last possible season in 2024.

In positive news for all the Rafael Nadal fans, the 14-time French Open champion stated that until now he was unsure of his return to the sport, but his body has shown a positive result over the past few weeks due to which he will definitely stage a comeback on court soon enough. Nadal also talked about how he was on the verge of retiring in 2023.

Rafael Nadal will most likely play his farewell season in 2024

The upcoming 2024 season will most probably be the last season for the tennis great. It will be an emotional send-off as Rafael Nadal is a true sporting icon with many achievements to his name. He will be the second among the ‘Big 3’ to retire from the sport, post Swiss legend Roger Federer, after having dominated it for almost 15 years.
