Sports presenter Pepe Domingo Castano has passed away at the age of 80. His death has had an impact on the world of Spanish sports radio. 22-time Grand Slam Champion Rafael Nadal also took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to convey his feelings over the death of the radio legend. In a tweet, Nadal wrote that it was a day of immense sadness for people who love sports. He remarked that an important authority in Spanish sports radio had left them.

The 37-year-old tennis star wished for Castano to rest in peace. He also expressed his condolences to the Castano family. He sent a big and warm virtual hug to his intimate family and radio family as well.

It seems like Nadal is making headway and progressing towards getting better. He has seen improvement in practice matches and might even play beginning next season.
