Tennis fans have a piece of news to be excited about. 2K has announced TopSpin 2K25 will arrive on April 26 this year across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.

The video game developed by Take-Two-owned studio Hangar 13, features tennis legends Roger Federer and Serena Williams as cover stars of the standard edition and the digital-only Grand Slam edition.

Meanwhile, current players on the Tour, Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Swiatek, and Frances Tiafoe have been featured on the cover of the deluxe edition. The makers of the video game released a trailer on Tuesday to announce the arrival of one of the most sought-after tennis games.

The trailer shows Serena Williams and Federer walking out on the court and then playing some tennis. Swiatek, Alcaraz, and Tiafoe are also shown in action.

As per the information available, the game includes a roster of over 24 playable pros. Players get to choose between single-player and multiplayer modes. Also, the players get a chance to compete at the four Grand Slam tournaments against the top players. The top and iconic tennis venues have also been included in the TopSpin 2k25.

While tennis fans are excited about trying this new video game, Roger Federer is also eagerly waiting for the release so that he can lay his hands on it. As 2k announced the release date through a post on social media, Federer reshared it and also left a caption.

Notably, the original version of the simulator was released in 2003. However, it was discontinued in 2011 after the fourth edition. Nevertheless, the popular franchise has returned and tennis fans are already gushing about it.
