Roger Federer thanks the ‘RF Fan Club’ in a special post following a meetup on a private yacht

Swiss tennis maestro Roger Federer thanked his fans in a special post on social media after a special meetup on a private yacht. Federer, who retired from professional tennis last year, is enjoying his time off the court. While he is constantly on the move for business purposes or vacating with his family, this time around Federer took out time for his fans who are a part of the RF Fan Club.
Federer organized a fan day on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland wherein he gave his fans a chance to spend some time on a private yacht. The 42-year-old was also present on the cruise ship. After a good outing, Federer then took to social media to express gratitude to his fans.
The 42-year-old said it was an honor for him to host his fans and meet them. Federer also promised to catch up with these members of the RF Fan Club soon while sharing pictures from the meetup. “Forever grateful for the legendary RF fan club. It was an honor to host a fan day on Lake Lucerne after so many great memories over the years. I can’t wait to see everyone again soon,” wrote Federer in the caption of his post.
Roger Federer reveals limited edition shoes celebrating 2023 Laver Cup
Although Roger Federer does not play tennis anymore, the Swiss maestro is not totally away from the sport. The 42-year-old recently unveiled a limited edition of shoes celebrating the 2023 edition of the Laver Cup. Notably, Federer’s last professional tournament was also the Laver Cup. Now, as Team Europe and Team World get ready to take on each other in Vancouver, Federer has unveiled two categories of shoes- The Roger Spin and The Roger Pro in partnership with On.
“As Team World gets ready to take on Team Europe in Vancouver, we’re hyped to announce limited editions of THE ROGER Spin and THE ROGER Pro – co-created with @rogerfederer to celebrate the 2023 edition of @lavercup,” announced On and Federer.
Notably, the Laver Cup 2023 kicks off on 22 September in Canada. The two teams have been already announced. While the likes of Casper Rudd, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Holger Rune, and Andrey Rublev have been named in Team Europe, American teen sensation Ben Shelton, Frances Tiafoe, Taylor Fritz, and Felix Auger-Aliassime have been named in Team World.
