The tennis world has been caught up with the Novak Djokovic-Luca Nardi controversy, when the Serbian had halted the match for a while, blaming it on hindrance. He argued with the umpire over Nardi’s supposed break of rule for hesitating before hitting a shot.

During his second match in California, Novak Djokovic played a shot to the Italian, who hesitated for a moment but still returned the shot, leaving the Serbian flabbergasted and arguing with the umpire. He called this a hindrance and asked for the play to be done all over again. However, nothing changed, and the Serbian held a grudge till the end of the match

Here are some of the reactions to the Federer clip that has gone viral in the wake of Djokovic’s loss against Nardi:

With the rest of the year yet to begin, the Serbian might take time to decide what he wants to do next. He was set to play in Miami but had to withdraw due to undisclosed reasons.
