Reddit co-founder and founder of the venture capital firm Seven Seven Six, Alexis Ohanian, and his former tennis superstar wife, Serena Williams have shown a strong inclination towards investing in sports apart from tennis, particularly women’s sports. The pair recently bought the first golf team for TGL, a new league developed by golf greats, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy.

Ohanian is already the principal owner and founding investor of LA’s National Women’s Soccer League team, Angel City FC. Owing to his natural inclination to tennis, former tennis star Andy Roddick had an interesting offer for the tech-founder. Roddick shared a post on ‘X’ captioned, “ManningCast is the most consistently entertaining thing in sports television. Someone should do it in tennis.”

The former American no.1 went on to ask Ohanian if he was up to starting something like that in tennis. Alexis was quick to turn down the request, replying to the original post, “Believe me, Andy, everyone asks me to do it, but I just can’t leave my day job in tech. ¯_(ツ)_/¯”
