Former world No.1, Serena Williams is having the best time of her life post-retirement from the sport. She had been busy lately participating in many events and programs. The 41-year-old announced retirement from professional tennis last year at the U.S. Open after losing to Ajla Tomljanović. Her announcement came as a shocker to fans across the globe.

However, the American superstar kept herself busy with commercials and events since then. Recently she was spotted flaunting her pink satin gown at the Creed III premiere in Los Angeles. Williams indeed caught a lot of attention with her outfit in the media. Fans are thrilled to see her regularly in public, grabbing a lot of attention everywhere.

Her hair was styled in a sleek and elegant manner, pulled back to showcase her flawless skin, which radiated with soft, picture-perfect glam. Serena Williams has been the latest winner of the prestigious Jackie Robinson Sports Award at the NAACP Image awards. She is widely acclaimed as one of the greatest athletes in history, joins an esteemed group of previous awardees, which comprises Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Magic Johnson, etc.

She did deliver a strong acceptance speech later that caught the attention of many fans. Her childhood friend, Kerry Washington presented the award to her and had been a good support to Williams for a very long time.

Having received the award from Washington, the tennis superstar began her speech with a joke about the last award she won. Along with her 23 Grand Slam titles and seven Wimbledon victories, Serena Williams also boasts a successful venture capital firm and a fashion brand that promotes women’s empowerment.
