Serbian tennis legend Novak Djokovic is one of the finest and most accomplished players in the Open Era. Over the years many Tennis legends have described him as one of the fittest and most complete athletes in sports history. Among the Big 3 of tennis, the 35-year-old has the best record when it comes to all types of surfaces.
On the list of admirers of Djokovic, the Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas has become one of the latest entrants. Recently he talked about the Serb’s playing style, his work ethic, and the strengths that make him a ‘perfectionist.’ Tsitsipas also talked about the overall contribution made by Djokovic to tennis.
The 24-year-old Gree, Tsitsipas was talking to Clay and heaped praise on Djokovic’s professionalism. “He is the most resistant and the most constant. A perfectionist that has brought tennis to another level”, Tsitsipas said while talking about the impact the Serbian star has had over the course of his career in tennis.
“His food, his physical work, his efficiency, and his professionalism in each of the fields. I don’t think there is a single thing he neglects. ” Tsitsipas added. “Novak is ahead. Personally, he hurts me a lot,” Tsitsipas said while comparing himself with Djokovic.
Tsitsipas is currently one of the most promising next-gen players on the tour to continue the legacy of the Big 3. But as far as, Tsitsipas’ record against the Serb is concerned, the latter has defeated Tsitsipas on four occasions this year.

Djokovic has completed a non-calendar year Grand Slam in singles, becoming the only man in tennis history to hold four majors at once across three different surfaces.
