Stefanos Tsitsipas hopes to find a solution to his backhand
Stefanos Tsitsipas revealed that he hopes to find a solution to his backhand in the near future. The Greek star has been making way too many unforced errors on his backhand, which has been costing him matches.
“Everyone will try to attack my backhand. I worked hard to make it my best weapon on the court, I love my backhand, but it’s not as easy as the two-handed backhand. You have to make the right adjustments to make it strong and powerful. I feel like Roger had a phase in his career where it was a problem against Rafa. Federer knew how to manage it, he found the solution, he’s a legend. I will continue to work on my backhand,” said Tsitsipas.
Stefanos Tsitsipas had a pretty good run at the 2023 Barcelona Open, where he finished as the runner-up in 2021.
